'Uppers' aren't everything though, remember. Wind direction, cloud cover, dryness and others are important too. The ground here is rather dry so if the skies are clear I wouldn't be surprised at all to see 32-33C here based on what is currently showing - and as long as the wind has a long land track (pretty much any southerly direction) we're in the money.

I find the Southernly wind here promotes higher temps as I am on the north coast. The temps are often the warmest up here on the island as the air travels over hot land and heats up on its way up.
I still think if its showing 18c uppers the day before then we could get 31c.
