Florina has the same climate as Bitola yes. They have a distance of approximately 15 km. We have cold weather some times in every winter. 50 to 60 days of frost per year in my city. I can't say that we have mediterranean climate in North Greece. We have some thunderstorms every summer while Athens has not.
Thesasaloniki has colder winters than towns in the southern and central Adriatic. Thessaloniki has similar winters as northern Adriatic(Rijeka for example). Is any town in Greece which is colder than Florina, in FYROM colder than Bitola in winter are Krusevo, Berovo and maybe Gostivar. Prilep has similar winters as Bitola. Bitola has colder winters than Skopje.

Warmest high during the night was 15.9C at Sunndalsøra.
