Helsinki Airport has recorded a lower low (-24.7C) than Saana fell @ 1007 m ASL (-23.0C) this January.

Bitola has colder winters than Skopje.

High of 0.4c here today, that's 3c colder than the 2nd coldest day of the winter!

Not every station is represented on that map & the placement of temperature symbols isn't precise either, though it will just tell you the lowest temperature on that day up to when the map is generated, so it may be that the temperature dropped lower during the day...

Yeah, there are many stations not represented, which is unavoidable on a map with normal resolution.
Just wanted to add this information, as a low of 12.4C is pretty uncommon in January here.
Warmest high during the night was 15.9C at Sunndalsøra.

Yes incredibly mild for Norway in January Seems like you are joining Ireland in being the new subtropics of Europe
