Over here we've had 11.4mm and 18.5 hrs of sun after the first 6 days. Still a wet and cloudy start, but not as bad as you've had it.

I wonder how often this type of storm is recorded on the PNW. Storms are something that renders those oceanic french climates pretty lively and intense.

It seems like it stays warm there the next few days.
Yea and because those are just the AEMET stations... if we count also AVAMET stations lots of cities/towns reached today +26ºC

where I am right now, passing through the city of Gandia, they have 27.3ºC actually

In Altea we have 26.4ºC right now and a UV of 5. Look at the prediction madness...

Finally some warm Spanish realism hahahaha we missed this... didn't have it from early November (3th November of 2016 Valencia hit 28ºC, 5th 26ºC). Although it's nothing out of common, Valencia in the 1st week of March of 2015 got 25.8ºC and 29.1ºC the day after, in the 2nd 26.8ºC and in the last week of March 28.1ºC, 30.2ºC and 29.2ºC... Temps in Europe now

Not sure how often. There were a series of storms over the past year though. One in October produced 100mph+ winds onshore.
