4pm, some Florida locations are at or even slightly under their normal low for this time of year. All the early rain which is still around preventing heating.

Exactly like my area yesterday, cloudy and only mid 60s, felt and looked like a fall day

I notice that many times you get the weather we had the next day.

One thing I find weird is that yesterday environment canada in Regina, SK issued a heat warning when the temp was 30C with a 20C dewpoint.

Why was there no warning issued here when it is even hotter at 33C with a 20C dewpoint?

Makes sense. High of 67°F and cloudy. Dew point was in the low 50s, so higher than usual for October. Forecast shows sun and more normal temperatures (highs around 77°F / 25°C). Still on the cool side for August, but not that unseasonal. Though not a single day in the 80s for a week is weird for August.

Many spots I checked didn't get as low as we did last year between August 1 and August 15.
last early August was unusually cold? I was away for part of it, the rest I remember as being normal.

It seems the thunderstorms in August don't cool it down as much as in June or July. In June, we had several days when the rain cooled it down from 90 to 67. Today we only dropped from 88 to 73.

Didn't realize Stuart got that cool but I guess being inland makes a big difference.

Thing about today is it was all day not the usual afternoon cooling. Rain streaming in from the Gulf even in the morning. St. Petersburg airport was 81F at 4am, and that still stands as the high.

Yup.. Here is the temp departures for the first 7 days. Maxed in the 70s 5 of the 7 days and dropped into the 50s at night. I'll never forget it because everyone around here was saying how tolerable August is which is rare to say around here since it's usually warm and humid.

I remember Philly having like more than 2 weeks straight of below normal daily mean temps.

Amazing day... Why can't it be like this all summer? I maxed at 71F/21C with dewpoint max of 54F in the afternoon. I pulled more weeds today than I did totaled all summer. and without breaking a sweat!

How about the latest Euro12z Data for Philly? These aren't the max but still, not very Summer looking. I see mid 80s potential maybe 3 times? But notice by 8pm its down into the low 70s already. That tells me any 80s during the day is only for couple hours.

How about northern CT?

Latest Euro Data for Windsor Locks. Does this look summery to you???

It is below normal.

Dewpoints staying in the 50s next 7 days?!
Temps in the 80s 2 of the next 7 days?!
By 8pm temps in the upper 60s?!
No Rain?!

No complaints.
