Didn't expect 26°F/-3C outside.
I don't use the furnace for heat.

Not bad, I can get used to it. Another 20 degrees colder and it can snow inside. LOL!
The "comfort zone" given in that thermometer is not very comfortable for me at all lol.

So whats your ideal comfort zone?
Some people in the tropics consider anything below 80f = cool

I'm the opposite extreme.

I keep my house in the mid to high 50s with cracked windows.

Most people hermetically seal their homes and crank the heat to 72 around here.....that's enough to make me feel like dying lol

you sweltering at 72?
In Pekanbaru even with the 16c/60f set AC, it barely goes below 22c/72f. Its so humid in the lowland tropical climate. Without AC the temp can get to around 28-30c (82-86 f)

I'm sensitive to warmer temperatures...especially when there is no fresh air being introduced.

That's why I'm moving to Alaska. Cold suits me, and it always has.

I prefer mild warmth in the day and mild cool in the night.

20°C/68°F atm in my room in Paris. About 4°C warmer than in Nice. The cooler the winters, the more overheated the indoors.

The hotter the summers, the more over-air conditioned the indoors.

*Actually humidity has a bigger effect than just heat.
