I have been preaching that for a looong time.. Will have to read that later.
When a family or friend gets sick I always realize they like their home very warm. Funny I was just at a friends house today and made a joke how frigging hot it was in there. Ugh. And he usually gets sick a lot.
Also what's good is to sleep with a circulating fan on every single night. (Yes, even in dead of winter sub zero F temps outside).
I learned this from growing vegetables. Learned that if you have a fan on seedlings for few hours a day they look and get stronger and stay healthier. I related that to us so I started in 2008. Only got sick once since. Always healthy while so many around us always under the weather or sick
Its the circulating and cooler temps that helps the immune system. Germs have an easier time attacking when its hot and muggy and stagnet air. Another reason I can't stand the heat.
I also have circulating fan in main rooms during the day. If you have it warm AT LEAST have airflow!!
Yep
Airflow is key. So are open windows all year long. No reason to keep your home hermetically sealed, I say.
I wonder how hot was the temp in the basement parking lot, I was there at around 6pm and feels much warmer due to the vehicles emission. I guess around 37-39 C (99-102 F)
Room temperatures are on the rise here, thanks to the stronger sun.
Currently 20.9°C (70°F) and 52% humidity in the living room, yesterday we had a clear and sunny day and the temperature rose over 22°C just by the sunshine alone.
I haven't turned the heating on for almost a month yet and i'm sure i won't have to until about November.
18.1 degrees in my room, too hot. Not used to it yet.
hot? 18C is as cold as my AC setting can go!!! (record low here is around that range)
