A sunnier version of Medellin would be ideal:
Medellín - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

27/17°C, dew point around the low. Rain every other day, thunderstorm once every 4 days. 5 mm from each rain event, 20 mm from each thunderstorm. 220 hours of sun per month.

Looks like a somewhat warmer version of what I posted.

Sounds exactly like Bandung. Average thunderstorm days per year: 200

I would take a tropical highland climate then.

Comfortable by day with highs around 20-22°C, extremes up to 28°C, cool by night with the possibility of snowfall. Maybe similiar to Bogota but with 6-8°C degrees cooler nights on average. Thunderstorms about 50-60 days per year.

Between 23c and 26c during day and between 15c and 20c at night with frequent thunderstorms (60-80 days annually), with about 1800 hours of sunshine and 1500 - 2500 mm of precipitation.

16-30C with an abrupt thunderstorm mid-afternoon, clearing before sunset. The mornings are cooler than my ideal climate's summers, but if we're talking about the same day, every day, forever, then I'd like to experience slightly cool weather now and then.
