And I guess those 100+ temperature aren't extreme?

I noticed that too. If Minneapolis has 5 "extremely cold" months, then Phoenix easily has 4 "extremely hot" months

He has mild, warm and hot categories. But no "cold", just "extreme cold". And no "extreme hot", either.

Extreme cold is bad, extreme heat isn't, especially dry heat.

Ok, that's your opinion and I respect it, but you do think that Phoenix has extreme heat correct?

For 3 months it does, but a dry 40c is still better than 5c (which is a very cold January, not a March or November)

Not for me it isn't

I'll take a balmy 5C any day over 40C

Minneapolis for sure, a bit colder than what I'm used to but more comfortable than Phoenix,

Phoenix has a nice winter...I've been to Phoenix in January it was nice...july not so much.
