The last thread has gotten pretty unruly at well over 7,000 replies so I figured it'd be a good idea to start a new one, especially since we're changing seasons all around the world.
Right now here in Eureka, California it's 65F and forecasted to hit 75 or even 80. We actually hit 80 here on April 30th which was a record, so this summer may end up being a particularly warm one if these trends continue. The foggy season is due to set in in June and July, but August and September and maybe even October may end up being warmer than normal. If an El Nino does end up forming like is being predicted we may close out the year quite cool and very, very wet, which would be quite nice as it would likely end our crippling drought!
Right now it's about 75F here in Eureka at 12:05 PM. There's a bit of a warm breeze (was outside an hour ago) and it feels quite pleasant. All the locals are crying about how hot it is though.
