Grabbed a meal at Mickey D's and gained back the 1,100 calories I had just lost on the treadmill.

Probably just put on about the same with three beers & snacks. Kind of ruined an otherwise good day.

Well I had a curry, a peanut butter ciabatta and a bag of tortilla chips (big size) now thats the first half of my dinner done with.

I ate kind of a lot today, but it's just enough to maintain weight so it wasn't too bad either.
