$200 isn't bad for winter. I think around $350 was the highest. Split between two others.

So bored stuck at relatives house at a "party". Kind of pissed off because of the way my grandparents treat me.

They literally speak to me constantly when I visit but at parties I am ignored. They literally say hello to my parents and ignore me and my sister, my granny said she was excited to see me at the party so I came.

So far i've sat in the car ****ed off. They wouldn't even offer me a seat, I am not a child and even then children deserve respect. The old fashioned attitude will not get you anywhere..

Yeah, the winter sun and the southern exposure of the house helps in this regard. Sun in winter, clouds in summer = lower energy bills for me...lol.

I think nobody really gives a **** about other people's body weights. Morbid obesity is far less prevalent than in the US though.

Why not find your own seat?

I've never been offered a seat at a party in my life - I just grab whatever food and bev they have out and sit and/or stand wherever I like...lol.

I wish I had to worry about heating in winter lol, I use AC probably about 320 days out of the 365 days of the year. The other 45 days (from about late Dec-mid Feb) windows are open.

Winter sun here is too weak to heat that much, except in the end of winter. Does help, but not a huge difference. The gas bill gives the average temperature during the bill period, was impressed to see it say 11.2°F. Haven't seen anywhere close, thankfully gas prices were lower than usual this winter.

It's a problem here. 31% of people in this country are obese and I think something like 65% are overweight. It's ridiculous. And now we have people saying it's OK. Yeah, way to contribute to the cause.

You can say that again. I was stunned at all the *thin* people I saw all over Paris. All those men and women going to work in their sharp-looking, slimline outfits - gosh, I was so jealous.

While waiting for my connection in Philly on the way back home, everyone sure looked fat...lol.

Time to join that campaign against GMO foods, I guess.
