Do they not do that? It is very common to get tap water at restaurants across Europe, and of course it is free.. I believe that any restaurant or licensed bar that serves alcohol has to provide free drinking water by law.

Seriously? MA sounds like England. Down here water is refillable for free, and our restaurants and buildings either have ceiling fans, air conditioning (that they set to 72 I swear), or both

Worried about my mother's mental health. She just had a freakout because I was petting the cat that was meowing. Apparently that annoys her. What's strange is she has 5 cats.

I need to get out of here...
