I had bedbugs the pest controllers came to fumigate my room - no more bites.

From hostels or what?
Relatives brought them to my parent's after staying overnight at a motel in the Hamptons (Long Island, NY). The neighboring apartment had them months back, I think the landlord didn't do a good job at pest control. Pest control came here, seems like it was enough for now, I'm moving out anyway. Bedbugs aren't that rare, in my experience.

Yep.. doesn't get much better than this in summer.. it did get mostly cloudy for a few hours. No clouds today.

National Weather Service

Last two days were also good: low 50s in the morning, low 80s afternoon, mostly sunny with a few cloudy bits (briefly drizzled Thursday morning at 8 am). This weather reminds me of summer on the west coast. Pacific Northwest is hotter than us, even Seattle. Heat wave there.

I would much rather that than what we have at the moment! To be fair today has not been too bad, a bit cool but some sunshine... last night and tomorrow look pretty bad though.. rain galore
