I got a bit bored of coffee a few weeks ago and drank tea in the morning instead. I noticed a light headache but nothing big. After being 5 days without coffee, damn it tasted good again on the 6th day.
As somewhat of a connoisseur it always baffled me. Nothing beats the pure, robust flavor of good black coffee.
The dependency does suck, though. I've been drinking it twice a day for over 3 years now. If I don't the withdrawal is almost identical to a migraine headache.
I do enjoy a black cup of coffee as long as it isn't too strong. I can enjoy it with a little half & half though.
I pretty much gave up coffee except for the occasional holiday drink at Starbucks this past December. I drink a couple cups of tea everyday (chai, oolong, and chamomile usually). I gave up coffee because I was too dependent on it to get through the day. Plus my health in recent months was not conducive to drinking coffee.

Should warm up a vehicle for at least a few minutes before driving it.
Yes it is. By weight, tea contains more caffeine than the equivalent amount of coffee beans.
