The soles of my feet are pretty flat, so I have to wear insoles inside my running trainers. I used to get shin splints and bad cramps before addressed the problem.
I'm not a great swimmer at all. My technique is terrible! Also, I had an ankle ligament injury a few years ago and now when I swim, I get pains in my ankle when I kick. Not good.

Not really, think I was 175cm at the last check.

On a related note, Marianna Zaikova, an Ingrian Finn (maybe, the hell I know, a Russian surname she has) run 7 marathons in 7 days on 7 continents. Minor applauses should be given:

And would bang. Damn she's hot.
Wow, awesome achievement! Does nothing for me sexually though.

I bought genuine running shoes a couple months ago, it makes all the difference on pavement. Now I don't have sore feet at the end of the first 5 km.

On a kinda related note, I've eaten way too much fast food in the last 2 weeks to get rid of my 2014 meal vouchers. Gonna die of a heart attack at 30.

Yeah but 90% of low league football is played on artificial turf here, and I can't take it anymore. It just make my knees scream. BTW my dad had 3 knee surgeries at 23 of age, so it's not only a minor nuisance. I'm 32 and have managed without a single one, despite my knees being total trainwrecks. I can manage maybe two excersices a week, but that's a top. The ache sometimes is almost keeping myself up at night. Especially if I play football.

And I was running today, and my right knee hurts like hell.

Put in 10 minutes on an elliptical just a while ago. Barely got through it and felt slightly dizzy afterwards. Yeah, is it any wonder my quality of life has gone downhill?

If it's your first time exercising in a long time, then I think that's a natural reaction.

If you keep at it, it gets much easier. You just have to be disciplined about it and make sure you do cardio regularly. I also have trouble keeping regularity in exercise.

Big day approaching here. I'll have to seal the deal for my job by tomorrow evening. I hope my summer internship ends up in Michigan and not inhospitably hot Florida.

Height 180cm, weight 74kg. I'm nearly 6 feet, but not quit there. At 18, I was the same height, but 68kg. I'm at my heaviest weight now, and my lowest weight was 64kg (post-puberty). Yeah, I bulked up a bit.

I don't think you'll be growing much if at all at 18. I pretty much finished at 18.

Males can keep growing until their Mid 20s I think I'm still growing especially as I haven't had a growth spurt.
