Meteo service also said that average temperatures in Tallinn have been 7c degrees lower than usually and the temperatures and general weather conditions have been same as they are usually at the end of September.

Lol, it's more humid where I live compared to you. Does Lake Erie play a role in my state's interior? I mean, if PGH has abysmal sunshine hours partly because of Lake Erie's marine layer effect, I assume anyway, would that be it?

Wow, why is the dew point so low at Willow Grove NAS (49°F)?

A/C failed, and aarrrggghhhh!!!! its so hot inside . I am booking a hotel room for tonight and coming back tomorrow when the A/C is fixed.

That sucks. I'd probably have to do the same thing too, and spend all that money on a hotel room. Either that or be miserable. What a great choice. Nice climate we live in...
