I think you misinterpreted some of the results.
Hartford never hit 0F on 1 Mar before this year; however, this is still the only 4th 0F or colder in March officially. And I'm not sure a departure of −2.0F at BDL and −2.3F at ORH would rank as 6th and 5th coldest; those annotations may be for March alone. Still a nice compilation!

Haha.. again Thanks! Yes, 0°F was the 3rd coldest temp for March. Impressive. 6 below zero was hit in 2003 and 1967. Wow!
