If there are several values, pick the earliest (for spring) and latest (for autumn) one.
Nice: annual average high of 19.6°C
May 9: 19.6°C
October 26: 19.6°C
Quite a seasonal lag. Temperatures are above average a month and a half after spring equinox, but still a good month after autumn equinox.
It's earlier in Paris, but I'll let Rozenn give the exact values.
In the other cities I've lived in:
Lille: April 20 - October 18 (14.5°C)
Hong Kong: April 18 - November 6 (25.6°C)
Singapore: meaningless (too little variation and too many negligible inversions in the rate of change of temperatures)
For Trondheim, average daily high is the same as the average yearly high ca 20th April and 16th October (Værnes Airport). Seasonal lag is almost one month, about four weeks.
Oslo: About 18. April and 13. October. A little less than here, about three - four weeks seasonal lag.
Ã…lesund - Vigra (West coast): Ca May 1. and October 25. Almost 6 weeks season lag.
Tromsø in Northern Norway: Ca May 1. and October 12. Larger season lag in spring, late warm up.
In the Arctic, Bear Island (south of Svalbard): Ca May 10. and October 30. Largest season lag among these. Jan Mayen has seasonal lag almost like Bear Island.
