My car service cost less than I feared and seems to be running nicely so far. Plus it's beautifully clear and sunny outside

Family guy definitely is the best

Just been on netweather and earlier the following post got deleted in the 'Early winter hopes and chat' thread:

I hope the upcoming winter is mild as I cannot stand cold and would prefer cheaper heating bills.

That forum really has gone downhill, full of cold-loving trolls who shoot down anybody who suggests it won't be cold. I'm having fun with a few of them..

That seems to be the opposite of what I have found on that forum. If anybody posts mild charts that are more than 7 days away during November-March, they get shot down for it. The people that post cold charts over 10 days away that are unlikely to happen get highly rated for their posts though, and even the mods are like that. It really is a shambles of a forum. I joined it back in 2008 and stopped posting in 2011 because I just couldn't stand it any more. This forum is far superior.

I just posted in the model thread showing genuine mild charts that are in the reliable time frame - I wonder how long it will be until someone shoots me down or one of the mods deletes the post just because they are a cold weather lover?

There are about 5 mild posters on that site during winter.. it is the cold lovers that wreck havoc. I remember December 2010 and February 2009 that site was so slow because of the coldies.

Well I enjoy winding them up as in posting the mild charts when it is going to be mild, because after all it is supposed to be a biased free discussion. Certain posters on that site seem to always have the same cold forecasts that never come off
