Nah I'm using Olympic Rings so it's more of a body weight workout.
How often do you workout? Do you have a good diet?
I workout 45 minutes per day, 5 days a week. Start with a run in the morning, and do weights in the evening.
I am vegetarian, avoid too much cheese, no to processed foods (I cook my own), Consume lots of lentils, oats fruits, veggies, and nuts. I'm 6' and 175 right now, but the extra weight is due to indiscriminate eating over the long weekend. I'll tone up soon.
