87 is the record for the day. Not many times going over 80 this time of yr for you.

Last time 80+ after Oct 25 was 2010. Before that was 1987.

High temperature on Monday could be near 80 degrees in indianapolis. It got up to 76 here today by the way, not quite as balmy tomorrow but I will enjoy what could well be the last 70+ degree weather of the year in naptown.

That warmth shifts east... And here's GFS max temps for Tuesday. 70s up to western NY. Enjoy today & next couple days!

Strange temperature profile today. It was 54 F/12 C at 1AM, 49 F/9 C at 3AM, 54 F/12 C at 4AM, 49 F/9 C at 7AM, and now it's 56 F/13 C (9AM). Only forecast to reach 61 F/16 C. I guess it's the breezy weather causing this?

Here is what the NWS says the highs will be tomorrow, Tuesday and Wednesday

So far this October.... Of course the Midwest would be the only region in the US to be experiencing a negative anomaly

Looks like the PNW will receive a good dose of rain from Ana this coming Tuesday/Wednesday.

9C/49F and heavy rain right now. Not light rain.
