How boring. Surely it would be more interesting if you got an inch of rain a day for the rest of the month? So that your climate would have two settings: warm and sunny or deluge.
Feeling a bit cooler outside now. Last night was way too warm. Thankfully, tonight will get down into the 30s.

That's only for my closest NWS station and only based on 12 years of data. There probably is no relation. Don't know about the rest of the eastern US.

I don't think 12 years is enough to establish a clear correlation. 75% of below average Novembers could lead to above average Decembers just by chance with that small amount of data.
