Impressively cold in Montana. I was flabbergasted by Denver's low a couple days ago.

Here we probably won't get as much rain as formerly predicted tonight. 13 mm / 1/2" so far. A couple stations above 200 mm / 8" north of Montpellier for this episode so far.

It's hard to believe just a 3 days ago Denver was at 22C and this morning they were at -23C

I can't believe it either, but it shows that Denver can be just as prone to temperature extremes as the midwestern u.s..

Isn't Denver well known for it's large temperature swings? That is a crazy swing BTW. I couldn't imagine going from what would be a nice summer's day here, to Arctic conditions. Impressive!
