I swear the BBC weather people are a bunch of mongs. For Buxton they have nothing but 16°C for Buxton every single day this week and next, and also had that for the entirety of last week, in which produced 2 days at 18 and one at 20. This time next week temps could actually reached 25-26°C in the south and will definitely reach 20°C here, maybe even 21-22°C in fact.

Their forecasts are pretty bad for this area.. I wonder how for a country like the UK our own MET office and terrestrial tv weather service can be so poor

Was out to do a quick errand, and it is nasty out there - it's worse than Ft Lauderdale weather.

Getting pretty ansty not being able to do my daily walks, the various projects that need doing outdoors, not getting enough sleep at night. (I really need 65 F or lower to sleep well at night, and I dare not push the AC any lower than 70.)
