In Saskatchewan, Canada, a hot day would be 27 C/80 F.
Warm day: 21 C/70 F.
Cool day: 16 C/60 F.

You can be approximate.

Hot -> 75 degrees or higher (Fahrenheit).
Warm -> 67 - 74 degrees
Cool -> 55 - 66 degrees
Cold -> 54 or lower

I live in northeast Ohio. What can I say... I have very little heat tolerance.

According to my standards, we have had 2 hot days in the last 40 years. I don't believe in 'Affirmative Action' for weather, so my standards aren't adjusted in accordance with what the climate is like here. But most Scottish people would say it is hot any time from May-September when the sun was out and there wasn't a chill wind. Nobody ever says that it is 'warm', here.

Anything over 22 deg. C + clear skies and people in Denmark start to complain. A few days of plus 25 deg C. is a heat wave, as we are experiencing at the moment. But wait, rain is due in a few days! Then Danes will complain about the rain.
