Predict the week that you will see the first below 0C low after Summer 2014.

I added a poll for the week, and you can add the specific date in a reply.

I'll probably be back Sh*tsburgh (lampooning the climate; the city itself is great) when meteorological autumn begins, so first half of October, even though the 30-yr avg is 18 Oct, which is later than even Dulles Airport . First frosts at the airport there since 2000:

2013: 26 Oct
2012: 9 Oct
2011: 29 Oct. At least is accompanied with a surprise snowfall, so I could live w/that.
2010: 1 Nov
2009: 18 Oct
2008: 20 Oct
2007: 29 Oct
2006: 30 Oct
2005: 31 Oct
2004: 18 Oct
2003: 2 Oct
2002: 17 Oct
2001: 7 Oct
2000: 8 Oct

Usually the first week of October, so i'll go with that. Even if autumn and winter are supposed to be warmer than usual by the looks of it

October 1-15 seems to be the most realistic range.

Somewhere in late October (about 25th), although we've had the first frost in autumn on the 3rd of Oct last year.

I don't actually have any info as to when our first frost is but I would guess the middle third of October. It will probably be a little later this year so late October is my guess.
