I like fall, but would really appreciate it if snowstorms were more consistent around thanksgiving.
Winter is obviously my favorite season. Monster blizzards, subzero windchills, the north wind, a Joisey style honk at incompetent drivers from down south who freak out at the first flake of snow. I miss them all .
I already see people on social media saying "I can't wait for Fall, summer needs to be over." I think a lot of it has to do with it being football season and how everything cools down a little, but I feel like there's more to do in the summer like going to the beach or swimming, going camping, going on vacation and spending time outside. Maybe because I am from the PNW where they arguably have the best summers, but still.
I will say, late fall for me comes in 2nd place after summer because of thanksgiving and preparations for Christmas, but otherwise summer is where it's at compared to fall IMO.
Does anybody else find fall to be overrated, or am I the only one?
Fall is my favorite season. I like the crisp weather, the pretty tree colors, and I think fall is the most romantic season too.
Its funny to see people in Florida and the gulf coast talk about "Fall" . All they have is 2 months of comfort season followed by endless heat with derpish dewpoint's.
Last year Miami didn't get below 20C day or night until November.
Really? Wow
I think October-March would be pretty nice in Miami though.. it is just the summer I think would be too much.
It would still be far better than the 11C, gloomy weather we get in November anyway
