D-....toooooo freaking cold year round. July & August seem tolerable enough to prevent an F.

This climate is just terrible. Too cold and too wet. Needed at least warmer summers.

Wow Latvia has some favorable climate look at the January record highest temperature and never reached mid-90sF all time, wish transition seasons are more warmer!
Summer solar effect is perpetual though a solid B for me

Too cold in spring, summer and autumn. It's too dry all year long and too sunny in spring and summer. B-
