Harbin seems pretty nice, with muggy but not intolerable summers, and fairly sunny winters. Fargo isn't too bad either - winters are quite mild.

I choose Angesmont, where at least the horrific winter is rewarded by excellent July & August weather.

Angesmont is one of the few climates that manages an A. The other two climates are 85% / B (Fargo) and 77% / C+ (Harbin).

92% / A-. Angesmont wins.

Angesmont since it is far warmer than the others.
It looks like it has 2 perfectly defined seasons (winter and summer, which are respectively too cold and too hot for me) while spring and autumn are too cool. It is too continental and not very comfortable.

But the truth of reality nowhere in the Earth has that similar climate, too bad.

Fargo. Angesmont is too hot, and Harbin's winters are too dry.

Angesmont is too hot in the summer, Harbin is too cold in the winter, and I don't like its precipitation pattern.

Therefore, Fargo.
