Wait what? Did I not use the NWS tool correctly to figure out the average high minimum?
Your red box was around July (78F POR), not the annual (79F POR). I'd like to know which climate's annual extreme statistic occurs in the same calendar month all the time.
My home town got down to 15C/59F last night, which is the warmest night I've ever seen. I will have to go check on this one when I get a minute to see if it's the all time record. Typically there will only be a couple nights per year that don't drop below 10C/50F.
Where I live now, 20C/68F would be a very warm night. Not sure what the typical value is.
75~79°F(24~26°C)
Record lows in 80s are hardly ever happened every year.
There was a good chance to record 81 on July 28, 2014 though it failed drop to 77 even after sun came out.

Ok thanks, so I completely misread that chart. I guess then I did the Midway's high' minimums wrong too.

Yeah sorry about that... Didn't read the graphic correctly.
Edit I checked this site and Midway's average high minimum is still actually 77F/25C (30 year and POR are nearly the same).
