Yes, this area gets quite chilly nights during summer-time, even if the days are warm, due to the relative proximity to the atlantic + high altitude.

Their climate is more extreme though, with higher and lower temperatures, my location only gets 2ºC lows in summer once every 15/20 years, they seem to get them almost every year.

That's pretty impressive for the latitude, certainly!
Lows during summer heatwaves usually top out at roughly 20°C. I remember a 26°C night from 2010 though, now that was awful.
