Bologna:

Drop the dewpoints all year long. Add some wind and more variability. I think we should lower the appenines and the Alps in order to achieve that and finally get rid of that heavy fog / Pollution.

Temperatures are fine although I wouldn't mind december / january to be slightly colder, like 0c or a bit less.

drop winter temps by 5C to get some snow and raise summer temps by 4C for consistency in summer.
(I know I changed 2 seasons but my climate really needs a fix)

June: 1.2C-8.6C
July: 0.4C-8.1C
August: 0.9C-9.4C
Dec: 16.0C-28.4C
Jan: 17.7C-30.3C
Feb: 18.1C-30.5C

If I had to chose just one season I would raise the temps in the Spring (MDW)

March: 8.7C/-0.4C -----> 13/4C
April: 15.6C/5.2C ------> 19/8C
May: 21.6C/10.7C -----> 25/14C

But if I wanted to change all seasons

Dec:2.1C/-5.2C------> 0/-7C
Jan:0.1C/-7.5C------> -2C/-10C
Feb:2.5C/-5.4C------> 0C/-7C

Jun:27.0C/16.3C------> 29/18C
July:29.3C/19.4C------> 32/21C
Aug:28.1C/18.7C------> 30/20C

Sep:24.3C/14.2C------> 26/16C
Oct:17.3C/7.5C--------> 20/9C
Nov:9.5C/1.5C--------> 12/4C

Well, temperature wise northern European climates weakest sides are too cool transitional seasons and thus both of those should be warmer. If to talk about spring the worst imo are here April (before it's last decade) and then comes March. The only spring month which is quite good here is May and it seems that it has a natural tendency of additional warming. As only one season can be selected I'd personally take the spring months.But if we wanted to be in bigger harmony with North America(their springs aren't that warm), we should deal with our autumn months.Precipitation wise I have no problems.

hmmm... If I could I'd change every season in Portsmouth.

Portsmouth Av (All Rounded up):
Winter:
Temps 10c/5c, Sunshine 218, Rain 195mm, Rain Days 32
Spring: Temps 14c/7c, Sunshine 575, Rain 122mm, Rain Days 23
Summer: Temps 21c/14c, Sunshine 751, Rain 115mm, Rain Days 19
Autumn: Temps 16c/11c, Sunshine 377, Rain 215mm, Rain Days 30
Year: Temps 15/9, Sunshine 1921, Rain 687mm, Rain Days 104

What I want! :
Winter:
Temps 22c/6c, Sunshine 595, Rain 240mm, Rain Days 30
Spring:
Temps 26c/14c, Sunshine 785, Rain 235mm, Rain Days 28
Summer:
Temps 32c/22c, Sunshine 1125, Rain 205mm, Rain Days 24
Autumn:
Temps 28c/15c, Sunshine 625, Rain 455mm, Rain Days 50
Year:
Temps 27c/14c, Sunshine 3130, Rain 1135, Rain Days 132

+20F in winter

December: 64/48°F (18/9°C)
January: 61/45°F (16/7°C)
February: 66/48°F (19/9°C)

Second choice would be to raise humidity and precipitation in the summer.

I would lower temps 10F in summer, and halve the precipitation.

Jun: 79.0/61.7 - 3.88 in
Jul: 80.3/63.2 - 4.18 in
Aug: 81.0/64.1 - 4.58 in

I'd take 8 F off the winter months and increase the snowfall.

That would make it:
Dec: 45.6/25.3
Jan: 42.9/23.0
Feb: 47.2/25.8

Snow would average 4-8 inches/month

I would take 5f off summer. I would also take 25f off winter.

DEC:61/76=36/51 (2in of snow)
JAN:59/73=34/48 (4in of snow)
FEB:60/74=35/49 (3in of snow)

JUN:76/86=71/81
JULY:78/86=73/81
AUG:78/86=73/81
