Valencia for me is an A* climate, would prefer slightly higher winter minimum temps though.
Tel Aviv and Alexandria are A climates, slightly too hot in summer for me, although winters are still nice
Marseille is a B+ climate, winters are too cool

I dislike too much such longer dry season they have in the southeast. Looks like summer thunderstorms are non-existant there.

Marseille- mistrals!
Valencia- not a bad climate, just there are better ones elsewhere in Spain.
Tel Aviv- too wet in the winter.
