What's the coldest temperature you've worn sandals (without socks) when outdoors for a reasonable length of time (I'd say half an hour minimum)?

I don't have sandals. I have one pair of shoes. They're not in great shape, but they're comfortable and in reasonable condition. And a very expensive car.

Shows where my priorities go.

I don't think I've ever worn flip flops below 25°C.

A lot of people I see wearing nothing on their feet inside the house even during winter.. I wear socks up until about 25C, otherwise it is just too cold. I will wear flip flops at 22C/23C though if I am outside and it is sunny

Yes, certain people do that. On the contrary, as you well know, many Italians wear jackets, scarves and gloves until it's boiling hot.
