Do Cities in the Northern, Eastern or North Central U.S. Have a Southern City that is Like they are?
I have heard that New York City is to say Atlanta, But are there any analog climates for say Chicago, or Kansas City, Missouri or Columbus, Ohio or Indianapolis, Indiana

I just now realized that this is a ludicrous question because the midwestern u.s. is the land of extremes when it comes to weather and climate patterns and it is understandable if there aren't any analog climates to the south or southwest, but I suppose Wichita Falls, Texas is arguably one of the few analogues there are for the north central u.s. aka the Midwest. All responses to this question thread are appreciated thank you.
Winter climate more similar to coastal southern New England rather than the Southeast, where a humid subtropical climate dominates. Blizzard-like conditions are not unusual during many winters. Summers are warm, but far cooler and less humid than lower regions to the south and east
Only the cities located narrow range of the Appalachian(+2,000 ft) would arguably compared to the northern areas in our country.
