Hey! That's my town!

It indeed has a rather low annual temperature range, so instead of being Dsb it is Csb closely bordering Csc. It has made me really bad at dealing with high temperatures. This last Christmas I visited my brothers in Mendoza during a heat wave. Temperature wouldn't drop below 30 °C in the night. It was horrible. I enjoy the cool summer nights Esquel has. Being able to sleep under your bed sheets without the need of air conditioners.

Lately the climate has sucked, though. Before around 2006 winters were usually quite snowy. Now they're usually not. We still get at least a minor snowfall every year but the last considerable snowfall happened back in 2013.

Here's an image from August 21, 2013, 9:18 AM:

It's a wet snow. It usually doesn't stay on the ground for too long (in 3 or 4 days it's usually gone).

Also it looks like summers are drier than before. This year February and March were pretty much rainless.

In it's current state I rate it a C. Back in the day it was a B.

Thanks. I believe it's one of the best looking places to live in Argentina, but that's not saying much.
