Can I ask for some photos from London? I'm curious if there are any leaves left on trees

I don't think London would look as green as Stuart. Maybe in the center of the UHI?

Yeah, looking down with a tilted head.

Well, I don't expect it to
Nonetheless in central Poland trees and shrubs are totally without leaves at least for a week I think. I just wander how much London is 'behind'.

London doesn't go below 10C in winter, ever! So I would expect the trees to be fully green and all subtropical like.

Indeed. Look at the weather forecast thread. Didn't you know that late December weather is 11/8C in London. Not above average mind you, which for London in December is 8.3/2.7C according to the Met Office.

If those temps were even .1C below average the poster would have made sure you knew it was below average lol. I'm tired of pointing out the sleight of hand used when it comes to the climate of London.

Decided to go to the beach during this NorEaster storm we're having as the Low pressure sits off the Long Island coast.

Lots of roads getting flooding.. Trying to get to the beach, its right down there! I can see the lines so going for it...

Splish Splash

One more road to get to parking lot...beach is to the right.. Turn around, don't drown. Not taking chance with this one..

Took another route there.... Damn.. Coast is getting flooding on many roads.

I miss the days of non paved roads when we didn't get as much flooding as we see today. More mud less flood.

I made it to one area and didn't stay long in case the waters rose too quick....
