My station in November:
temperature wise it was a bit above average because of mild beginning (compared with averages of 71-2000, compared averages since 2000 it was cooler than average), precipitation wise below average (compared with both periods) and as well gloomier than average November.

Neither is temperature variation, looking at the monthly record vs average. I assume you made a typo in the post calling it "September 2014"? Judging by your photos, the local flora must tolerant to long periods without rain, landscape looked rather green even in the October photos you posted. Or was the first rains of autumn enough to restart them?

That figure of 563mm is extremely impressive. Also impressive is that sunshine hours remained relatively high given such a high rainfall. Tropical climates with heavy monsoon months would barely do any better or even noticeably worse (Bombay - same rainfall amount in Aug; but 76 hours), while this is at 43°N in one of the months with least daylight.

This might end up being one of the wettest year on records, given how Jan and Feb have been wet as well - though all the other months were below average, bar July.
