I'm just going with a guess at the mo. But I would say that it has been a wetter than average November, with average temperatures, maybe slightly above, and average sunshine... Another crappy November! And winter is a comin!

Maybe Portsmouth received more sunshine this month. But we have had to many totally clear days to have such low amount of sunshine. Today and yesterday was totally sunny, so that would account for 16 hours, last monday was totally sunny and we've had at least an hour of sun per day between Tuesday to Friday, so that's about 10 hours. In the past week this area has had about 26 hours of sunshine with quite a few fully sunny days before. So in a week we have more than half the amount of sunshine you've got in the month so far... All I'm saying is that that 43.2hrs figure seems a little lower than what I expected, then again ether I could be wrong or Portsmouth has just been sunnier London (which I guess the latter is usual)...

This year has been very wet.. if December stay mild enough, our lowest temperature of the year could be just 29F

very nice november IMO. Low 80s/upper 50s and little rain. today we received more rain than the whole month had previously collected(i think, pretty sure too, for half an hour it was a heavy rain).
