I could add the mean wind speed for Finnish locations, but they are in m/s, so you'd be only confused.

Not really into those. They're like mediators between average highs and records.

They should really do dewpoints next, seriously.

I think more places should have sunshine percentage.

Otherwise, not much to add really.

Mean records should be moved to the bottom underneath the sun hours so you can still see the information but with out the clutter of 7 straight lines of temps.

Stop whining and start putting them yourself. Here, have a calculator and get to work.

They are now including dewpoints. I'd change clear days to cloudy days, since sunshine hours/sunshine percentages sort of cover clear days.

Evaporation rates are most useful thing for me out of this choices.
Dewpoints can be calculated with relative humidity and tempature.
Number of clear days can be estimated from sunshine hours.
Wind speed is useful for many people, but isn't very important for me.
Lowest maximums/highest minumums can be unpredictable and mess with mean temperatures.

P. S. I have mistakenly voted for "Lowest maximums/highest minimums" instead of "Wind speed".

Are days of thunder counted on official weather stations across the world?

We have a lot of thunder here in Australia, but BOM doesn't really officially count them in their statistics.
