You can check it on Ogimet.
I usually follow the weather of the area, in part due to the proximity to my country.
Villamontes is found in the Southeast of Bolivia, on the flat area known as Gran Chaco (shared by Argentina, Paraguay and Bolivia). This region experiences interesting swings in the winter and usually records the highest annual temperatures in South America. Villamontes itself holds the all-time record for Bolivia (46.7ºC) but sporadically hits below freezing temperatures.

Some very good findings!
I still think there are several places in Africa between 10 and 20 deg north which do on occasions see 40+C each month, but the weather stations in this large area are pretty scarce, also the measuring quality in some areas may also be poor.

Khartoum, Sudan has reached a record high temp of above 40ºC in all months. I'm pretty sure that all the capital cities situated in the Sahelian belt of Africa (Bamako, Niamey, N'Djamena, Khartoum) except Nouakchott, which is located along the atlantic coast, have done that.
