Do you know all of BC south of 53°N? Most of the interior is very different from the UK.

Tough one... but I'd have to go with the UK. Nothing like the Scilly Isles in BC....

UK, most of BC gets too cold away from the coast. London and Portsmouth probably have the warmest annual mean temps of anywhere above 50N.

My thoughts.

Still don't know why they didn't build Toronto (or a large city) in that region in Canada. Its summers are tolerably warm (little humidity, cool nights) and winters aren't even as cold as NYC's.

BC. ALL of the UK is crap. No summer etc.
At least you can have a hot sunny summer in BC, and the winter isn't that bad either in Osoyoos for example.

Yea summers are, but winters are awful, plus it's far to dry! What an E rate climate! Also this place is 49 degrees north, so I can still call the UK the warmest area annually above the 50 degrees north zones!
