Heathrow is still a good representation for London though. I thought that's the only station the Met Office use for London anyways?
Landvetter is in the middle of nowhere
There are stations at Kew, Northolt, Hampstead, Hampton, St James's Park (the closest to the centre), London City Airport and Olympic Park.
For some reason they closed Greenwich, London Weather Centre and Camden Square.
Wow, so you think placing station in the city itself is good? When you have extremely different temperature on the street in city centre, in the park or next to the river? Which one represents the city best? Answer - none of them.
The moment you realize that the whole idea is to measure the conditions without anthropogenic influence, the better for you.
All I said was Landvetter does not represent Göteborg very well lol. A suburb would be better than Landvetter.
February: gloomiest month on record (6 hours of sun) March: second warmest March ever August: new August record high (32.6C) November: gloomiest month on record again (5 hours)
Year: warmest year ever (mean 8.1C), nationwide second warmest year ever (warmest is 1938).
Oddly, Helshitki Gaysaniemi, the Centre station did "only" have a mean of 7.3C, making the second warmest ever. Usually the annual temp differences are in favour of Helsinki by some 0.3C, but not this year.
Funny that this was the warmest year, but March was the only month that got into the top 5 warmest.

Hah hah. Almost tropical.
We had an average growing season, as it was cut in mid-October due to heavy freezes, 185 days.

I know. And It showed that It's still more than 1 dregre less than in the urban station. Moreover, WeatherOnline shows higher avg than they really are. At least for Poland.
The only one I can think of right now is a record low temperature for July (51F).
There's no way that's a long-term monthly record low outside of perhaps Cleveland's urban area and areas along Lake Erie.
