We're a bit warmer than Yuba City in winter.
We have those dry summers that you love so much.
We also don't get as cold as they do during our cold snaps.
Downside is the Pacific Ocean is cold and unusable in winter and only really warm enough for swimming from late July through September.
I'd say it's about a tie for me for the reasons you list above although it seems Plant City is slightly warmer than LA in winter.

I'd move to LA (El Segundo area), but not for the weather. Mostly, its for the abundance of jobs in my field of study, good pay, the cars & hot chic's .

You better make a pretty high salary. COL and state taxes will eat you alive here.
Many of the "hot chics" won't talk to you either unless you're Mr. GQ AND a good sugar daddy.

Cupertino has a different climate, being on the coast. The Sacramento valley is much hotter in summer, but nights are pleasant. Florida is disgustingly hot day & night in summer.

Many are, but a few are not. I'll be interacting with ones in the few category to find out who is compatible.

Dating in Caltech is a great place to start for Mechatronicians .

I can't imagine working in humidity. And Florida has lots of it if there's no breeze.
I still remember leaving Ottawa, Canada in June and what I remember is how humid it was. No thanks.

Yuba City but only because Plant City is terrible. I prefer 4 season climates without extremes.

I'd pick Plant City's climate over anywhere in California.

Or for that matter, I'd pick anywhere in Florida over California, climate-wise. I wouldn't live in either state though.
