If you could pick only AC OR central heating, which would you pick if you lived in this climate..

That is why I would pick A/C. Have a week when the temp climbs above 95 everyday and you will wish for A/C.

AC because it is AC weather almost everyday in Southern California, even winter, you can survive without central heating there but AC is a must
