I live in a cold building so I put warm, because that would be warm for my place most of the year. It is probably quite neutral in reality but I am used to indoor temps of 15-18 at the moment.

Pleasant enough in summer during the day. Unpleasantly warm for sleeping any time of year. Unpleasantly warm during the day in fall and winter. I like it no higher than the lower sixties then. I like wearing sweatshirts and whatnot indoors. It's more comfortable and fits with the mood of the season.

21C indoors is cold, 25C+ is the minimum when I have windows open and walk around barefoot. Winter this year has been very cold so far, windows haven't been opened since April, and I've never ventured outside without my jacket too, with heaters running at full blast, quarterly bill came in a few days ago - an eye-watering $1,300 - highest ever amount in my 15 years here! I've rushed home after work to long and hot showers over the past few months to now though this will decrease rapidly due to the lack of cold westerlies/warmer minimums over the next seven days.

prefer an indoor temperature of 75 in summer if not sleeping. 70 can feel chilly in summer attire when sedentary.

70 is a bit cool for me. Like it about 74-75.
