Cape Kiglapait, Newfoundland & Labrador, averaged -7.7C/18.1F in 2015. That's the coldest year ever recorded anywhere in the province of Newfoundland & Labrador!
Slåtterøy lighthouse is located on the Norwegian coast south of Bergen (ca 70 km as the crow flies) and north of Stavanger at ca 60°N. There is a weather station there.

Coldest low these 90 years is only -12.6°C / 9.3°F from Jan 1987. At 60°N...
No freezes in May since the one very rare cold snap in 1955. And no freezes in October since 1926!!
Even Shetland has recorded freezes in June and September, and has a colder record high.
