Quick and easy to understand..

Spokane, Washington in Red
Binghamton, NY in blue.

These are departures... Sure looks like more times then not that when Spokane is above normal, Binghamton is below.

but looks like when Spokane is below normal, Binghamton isn't really above normal too many times.

Boise has a horrible climate. So do Spokane, Salt Lake City, Tri-Cities, most of Idaho, etc.

It seems like London probably will have had a higher maximum temperature on this particular 4th of July than Philadelphia. Their maximum temperature for the day has been 81F according to Weather Underground. Philly's max so far is 77F. Hopefully it stays below 80 in Philadelphia, lol.
