Lessoned learned. Had AC going since afternoon in bedrooms.. Instead of spending all night trying to cool down from 70s its already 66 heading to 60 now. Humidity was above 75% too.

Won't go in until its cooled more. Like an Ice box.

$106 last month and $97 for May which was very warm and on a lot..been on every night since April... Includes 2 computers (1 running all the time) TV, lights, washer, dryer, dehumidifier, furnace (for hot water). Not bad. Still ahead of the game by having free heat.

If today's weather keeps up, bill should jump to $150 at least

Our rates bill is £300 a month. That's hardly expensive.

I can assure you it is.

I've kind of enjoyed the cooler summer. We've had a ridiculous amount of rain to go with out. Everything is incredibly lush and green. Usually we are seeing lots of brown spots in yards by now.

I'd prefer that over 78F in the morning. The sun is too strong in the morning.

I wouldn't be able to do that so easily.

I can't run when the temp is above 80F and the DP is above 65F or so. My body sweats and dehydrates quickly, not to mention overheating. I used to be able to do it back when I was in good shape, back in hs.

High dew points are a real nuisance when it comes to exercise and physical labor.

Incidentally, I have no problem running in -20C as long as I have a hat and gloves.

NYC warmer than LGA this morning. 74 vs 72

Feels good to be in the mid 60s with drier air
