Cabo San Lucas A very liveable climate year round, hot but not blistering, loads of sun, rainy season short and not too intense. Seems very similar to Dakar.
Chihuahua B some temperature swings in the winter, chance of snow, lovely in May/June and Oct/Nov. The rainy period from Jul-Sep prevents it getting an A, but it's vastly better than the Chinese/East Asian wet summer subtropical climates.
Cancun C comfortable temps year round, dry in winter/spring, the wet season has a notable "break" in the middle.
Mexico City C- daytime temps comfortable if not spectacular, nice dry sunny winter, summer is too wet which brings down the grade.
Ensenada C- similar to Agadir. Not quite warm enough in winter for sunbathing, spoilt by June Gloom in early summer. Lovely in autumn though.
